Time-lapse length

The question of what length to make a time-lapse video has always been a tricky one to answer. It's well documented that modern media platforms have ruined our collective attention span and I've noticed a significant reduction in the duration of the videos that I now edit, compared to 10-15 years ago.
There is still room for longer form stuff but in terms of presenting footage of constructions on sites like LinkedIn, 3 minutes would be a maximum and under 2 mins would be advisable, I would say.
It's a shame because the longer ones can highlight more detail within the process. This one, from 2013, is over 4 minutes long, which allows time for the viewer to take in the action without being overwhelmed:
