DIY time-lapse

We're often asked by private individuals or small companies for advice about DIY time-lapses.
There's nothing stopping you from buying an off-the-shelf time-lapse camera and having a go. If you're thinking about it, then I would recommend the Brinno TLC 2020:
The main selling points are:
- It runs on AA batteries.
- Is full HD resolution.
- The lenses can be changed, so you're not stuck with one focal length.
- The batteries last a good length of time.
However, there are major advantages to using a specialist company like us:
- The systems are far superior.
- We can provide a fully managed service, so you don't have to worry about losing lots of footage.
- We can provide online access to the images (which requires not just a capable camera system but also servers and software to host the files).
- We do the editing for you - a long project will have hundreds or thousands of gigabytes of footage, which is unmanageable for most amateurs.
Perhaps most importantly, we have many years of experience in how to set-up, maintain and produce a time-lapse that reflects your company at its best.
