time-lapse

When filming a time-lapse, you're often trying to predict what will be happening in front of the lens in order to set the camera up appropriately (with regards to shot intervals, framing etc).

If in doubt, it's best to take a wider shot than you think (so that you can at least crop the final video, if needs be) and make the intervals shorter than your instincts tell you - too much footage is better than too little.

Our systems are remotely accessible, so we can change the intervals and even the frame coverage from our HQ, meaning that very long periods of inactivity can be shot on long intervals and the crucial, fast paced action can be filmed on short ones. This is of huge benefit to us and, more importantly, the customer.
